Katy Sanchez did her job well, conveyed what I wanted with the mechanic--tightening the emerg. brake--for $160--. She also pursued my concern about the battery, and its re-trial did say it was OK, not needing replacing. I told her I did not perceive the windshield wipers needing replacing; when I see, after rain season starts, I will buy new wipers myself and can come back to have them put on by a Toyota person. Katy directly helped me with a tiny repair for which I'd had to return to Toyota:
After I left Toyota with my car, I found that my glove compartment, which I had emptied before leaving the car to employees, was closed properly but now would not close after I put in a few things. She quickly found that I was right: Something in the engine area was in the way. She reached in and turned the screw which had been left not tightened She answered my questions on a couple particulars

Price are to high for very little things and .sometime the simple service take two to three hours and sometimes the same service take half hour. Now you guys will say oh sometime they change parts that’s why they take long . But I have never change my parts and I was worried how did they do it . And I always makes appointments and going for service .

Katy was professional. The rest was awful. The “service” should never have been needed. I was charged a $200 diagnostic fee for technicians to tell me after two days that the text dictate function had expired and in needed to resubsribe… to what, I still don’t know. Your service people snd salespeople were clueless. They do not know the features of what they are selling or servicing. That’s like stealing..not happy at all. Call for details.

Rep was helpful. However, dealership was a mess. Uber pickup location didn’t have seats or waiting area. It was in the middle of the road, very unsafe and unprofessional. Also there were no shades or cooling, nothing comfortable.
Also they didn’t vacuum or wash the vehicle, my Chevy dealership always wash and vacuum my var after maintenance. Overall, nothing special about Toyota.
