Katy Sanchez was good, but when picking up the car, she was busy and there were 3 other service staff standing around. They couldn’t help us since we were using a coupon. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for Katy to finish her other customer. It was frustrating as other service staff were just yapping with each other, while we waited.

Well, it did longer, than I expected, but nothing like a good book to pass the time. Only complaint I have, the AC was a bit high, causing me to be cold. I’ll remember to bring a sweater, even if the weather is pretty warm out.
