He sent me an email during the service claiming that he had tried to call me, but there was no calls on my phone and no message left. He definitely had my correct phone number. I was lucky that I was on my computer catching up on work so I saw this email. Also I was in the waiting area literally right behind him and he didn't bother to come find me.
He proposed to do some extra work on my SUV which I will be getting done at another Toyota dealership because I don't trust him.

The struts replaced on June 23rd were found to be defective and require replacement. My hope is that Toyota Northridge (t.n.) is using only original equipment manufacture parts. My Prius was purchased at t.n and is serviced by t.n.. up to now t.n. has done a very good job maintaining my vehicle. My hope is that the strut issue is an anomaly. I expect excellence from t.n. - toyota way. Thank you.
