I think Jeff is great! Really very nice and perfectly professional.
But, I was disappointed the wheel that leaks was just rotated and refilled instead of being replaced. I tried to make that vey clear. The tires and sensors have been replaced and that left front constantly leaks. Every week or two it ends up low. …So it has to be the wheel, because we replaced the tires a couple times. (And recently the sensors replaced as well) we have our own compressor because that wheel never stops leaking. :(
I was also under the impression that after 3 hours I’d come back and the dash display that shorts out and shows nothing sometimes, would be replaced… but I was then told it takes a week to order it, so, I basically got an up sell oil change, and did not get either the leaking wheel nor the dead display fixed. The two things I came in for. (Not fixed)
Then once home, I got a call saying I’d have to leave the car for a week to get the display to stop shorting out…
Frustrating… but honestly, Jeff was good. He is one of the only reasons I’d come back… if I do come back.

Was given 1.5hrs estimate. After 1.5hrs came back and the service wasn't even started. Gave me another hour, no update was given.
Promptness was very important as we need to bring our sick infant with us. Delays are inconvenient if was given prior update we could have done something.
Also have an impression that people waiting inside are lined up first, even if we're first.
