Went to get my car inspected for a paint recall. Was told it would take only a few hours and I would be notified. However I wasn’t called, so I contacted my service advisor who pretty much said she forgot about my car. When I came to pick up my car I had to wait over 30 min and then remind someone to get my car. Suffice to say this was not a great experience.
