Daphne was ok but my car was not. I returned it today, 10/12/2023 at 7:00am as it was making a loud sound (like a motorbike sound). Quincy attended to me since Daphne is not around. Unfortunately, Quincy said that I should leave my car overnight so they can check where the sound was coming from when the engine is cold. Let me repeat this, i was there at 7:00am and the engine is already cold by the time (2pm) i spoke with Quincy. To top it all, Quincy will not provide me a loaner car. So please tell me how do I go home and go back to work tomorrow without a car?????? Quincy wants me to PAY for the rent-a-car when It’s not even my fault that my car is making that loud sound. Please tell me….. Is this how customers with old Toyota car but has been your customer for years supposed to be treated????
As much as possible I don’t want to complain anymore. But what is going on with your Service Representatives??
