I’m back here at Toyota Northridge because of the same problem that my Rav 4 2023 doesn’t start again. This is the 3rd time I’m missing my work again. It says in the dashboard NOT READY TO DRIVE. It’s not the battery because I am monitoring it . It could be something else and the advisors just keep on saying “there’s nothing wrong with the car”, then why it’s not starting? This is not my first hybrid car and it’s very offending when advisors tell you that’s there’s nothing wrong. I was struck at night waiting for AAA to tow my car . Toyota needs to do better than saying “there’s nothing wrong “.

There were some big issues, the they were appropriately taken care of.
First, my car was not taken back for hours, even with my appointment.
Second, I was told I needed 4 new tires even though one was only months old.
These issues were handled by Tim Valdivia and were brought to the attention of the General Manager, Mike Christian by me.
