Inspire of taking an appointment I was told the service would take 3 to 4 hours. The said gentleman told me we are paying you to get your service done done .. I had to pay for my own Uber to go home which is 3 miles away,,your telephone operator told me they will get me an Uber for the return. The service agent is not supposed to be at that desk. After he found out I had bought the vehicle from them he said he tried his best to help me and to give him a 5 star rating. I will give him zero
