it wasn’t trevor’s fault, but getting the car back after the service was done took way too long. he called in twice. two other people got their cars before I did. I had to track down the guy who was driving the vehicles and personally ask him for mine, and I got it about 10 minutes later.

Before do maintenance, my left two tires’ sensors are good, but after you changed my back right tire’s sensor, the left two sensors become bad, your technicians are not good, did not repair well, instead let the good ones turn to bad, but you do not give any compensation to me, while charge me higher cost nearly $300 for one sensor, if I buy 4 sensors in Amazon, the cost for such one sensor is less than $30, Toyota charge me 10 times, it is horrible, and today is the worst experience for me, I will never go to your shop do maintenance, and also will tell my friends never go to your shop to buy Toyota cars or do maintenance.
