I am unhappy with the service I received, the problem that I had was not been resolved until I brought my car until the fourth visit. I feel that the problem was diagnosed properly. The total was over $2,000, if I had known this at the beginning, I’m not sure I would have had the service. Then at the last visit I needed an alternator and battery. Shouldn’t service had known that there was an issue at the 1st visit- another $800. Feels like bait and switch.

Someone put in our incorrect information therefore my husband was ubered to the wrong address and the Uber driver refused to take him to the correct address so he had to walk a few miles. When we made the appointment online we put in all our correct information so I don’t know how this happened also our paperwork information is all wrong I know my husband should have verified the information but I guess he didn’t. Unfortunately I was left wondering what else was wrong and it all happened so fast was my car really serviced?
