The service rep, Mustafa, was incredibly rude and obnoxious. When I left 3 messages for him to call me back, he finally returned my call and yelled at me, saying when he knows something he’ll contact me. I told him I’d like to speak to the service mgr to try to figure out what to do and his response was:
“I don’t need to deal with this” and connected me to the operator.
I have never had such poor, unprofessional and rude service in all the years I’ve owned cars!
