I’m questioning whether or not my tires were rotated as the service report I received indicated. I have 3 Dunlop tires and one other brand that I believe was on the right rear and it’s still there. I am going to be very upset if the tires have not been rotated as you claim they have been. Can someone clarify this for me? I will be expecting to hear from you.

I asked for a technician to show me where the air in take was for the battery system for the hybrid RAV4. No one was willing to help me when I picked up my vehicle my advisor wasn’t there. I had to deal with somebody else, and when I asked to be shown where that intake was, I was told to go talk to an advisor by one of your employees. I didn’t have time to do that, so I left. I won’t be back it’s the one request I made and you guys failed to fulfill that.
Considering I bought this vehicle in new from a Toyota dealership, I would expect at a higher level of service. This isn’t a used car. It only had 20,000 miles on it. You guys lost a customer on this transaction.
