Katy Sanchez was very professional and I appreciated her patience and her help. However I felt it took too long for the repairs to be completed. And I appreciate the discount Katy provided but the overall cost for repairs was still too high.

The technician found out I had to change the power steering fluid. But the technician didn't check first that I had it replaced couple of months ago. I feel the technician should check my repair history first and check what I have done before advising me what I need to have done. Then the technician can go off the manufacturer recommended services.
