Vehicle was not repaired properly on this visit. Took it in for oil leak and the day after I picked up my vehicle the oil leak was still present. Brought it back in for another repair under warranty and oil leak was fixed properly. I say I was not completely satisfied only because of the inconvenience of having to bring it back in again. And my unsatisfied response is not reflective on the service advisor.

Was quick to get the payment but quickly scooted me out when I asked any questions about the car and parts and locations of the parts. Once paid he made it uncomfortable for me to ask any questions, or pack my things up at his desk. Kept saying okay your all done. I was very dissatisfied with him customer service and will not be coming back to Northridge Toyota

My car is old, so I would appreciate recommendations for service that are realistic. I was told the repairs would cost $6,000, which is almost the value of the car. I would trust your service more if I knew I really had to get certain items fixed and could delay others. Since I didn't get that kind of breakdown, I'll have to get a second opinion and figure out what really can't wait....
