I came in for an oil change service, two recalls, defective sounding speaker and issues with rattling inside the bay. Oil change was completed. Upon picking up the car the check engine light along with high briyed malfunction warning lights on the dash. Car was taken back into the garage for a re evaluation. The rattle was still present and audible within 3 minutes of driving the car. I provided twos videos of the rattle to the technician. Lastly the technician “fixed” the speaker by turning down the bass setting to zero. The rattle in the speaker is still present with putting the factory settings back on the radio. I wish they would have spent more time diagnosing the rattling and speaker issue. For the amount I paid for this car with these issues it’s not enjoyable to drive. Lastly, upon check in I did not feel welcomed. I do want the rattle and speaker issue fixed as I truly do not enjoy driving the car due to these issues.

Almost hard to believe! Shirley's colleague came over & took care of it himself! And politely declined to take my $20 Tip.

Two things I’m not happy about,
1 Tesla charging adapter Not delivered to me in the car, but is listed on documents that it was.
2: Damage found on right side rear view mirror plastic housing I strongly believe happened today at the service department. Grainy video was provided by staff members that showed arrival of vehicle that didn’t convince me of prior damage.
I’m most upset about the adapter not provided to me but the documentation says it was.

My appointment was scheduled at 1:00pm and I arrived at 1:03pm. The employee checking appointments in informed me my service advisor was Noel and told me to head inside. I found Noel’s counter and he asked who I was looking for. I told him he was my advisor and he asked my car model and if the keys were in the car. I answered and let him know the keys were in the car, he then let me know he was finishing up checking out a different car and would be with me soon. My car was not checked in until 1:19 at which none of the typical check in procedures were followed as the check in paperwork was either left empty or inaccurate, fuel level being one example. This same paperwork showed a promised time of 2:19 while I was told it would be about a two to two and a half hour wait. Noel asked if I had a ride or would be waiting and I let him know I would be waiting for the car. After about two and a half hours were up I had still not even received an update message reviewing the results of the multipoint inspection which typically is sent during the service. At 4:22 I went over to check in with Noel and he said the car was currently being worked on and that he had been trying to push it through. At 4:30 Noel went over to me in the waiting area to inform me about a metal bracket in one of my tires saying they wouldn’t remove it as they were scared to mess with the object larger than a nail, I let him know I was aware of the bracket and it had given me no problems with air loss thus far. At 4:51 I received a message saying my car was ready and when I got to the counter Noel told me he had printed the paperwork so that when they pulled the car around I’d be ready to go. Another 5 minutes later the car was pulled up and ready to go. Noel told me the tire thread depth and brake pad depth and handed me my key.
The entire process did not follow the typical procedure I’ve seen previous visits. Usually the service advisor meets you at the car and takes down information like mileage and fuel level with the client as well as taking pictures/ video of the car when receiving it. From the time I drove onto the lot to the time I drove off the lot was about 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was not even started on until the time I was told it would be ready, and I would have gotten no update if I hadn’t walked over to ask for one myself. Knowing the client was on premises waiting for the service should be incentive to be as timely as possible but also provide any updates in real time. It wasn’t until I drove off the lot at 5:04 that I received a message with the results of the multipoint inspection that let me know a marker bulb in my passenger headlight was out. The report in the message also states both rear tires are damaged and need replacing not just the one I was told about. Noel may not being able to control wait time as the service advisor but he could’ve done his part of the job and reviewed the results of the service with me instead of just telling me some numbers and handing me my key.
