Mustafa was very accomodating and heplful today and everytime I go to car service. He is deligent and knows what he doing.
I thank him for checking my carplay which I think beyond his job discription.

This is by far the worst experience my car never got Inspection on white needs to be done in the future The service advisor told me that the car needed transmission service, throttle body service even before the car was been service not just that I told him to write down what the car needs Done in the future so I did not get that. No the 21 inspection point she did usually give so that I know what the needs Neither he said, thank you for bringing the car. Maybe it’s because I got the oil change for free I don’t know but it wasn’t a good service. I know that the car needs transmission service and I wanted to know how much it was gonna cost me so that I can schedule an appointment to have that done. Didn’t get anything so I think I wanna start looking for another place to have future services done to my car

I got asked for a full inspection and I got one. My last service was in October and I think that some of the things fixed during this one should’ve gotten done then like my pedals being replaced. But I’m glad that everything that needed to got fixed. I was treated very nicely and respectfully by everyone at the location and Jeffery was patient with me. Grateful for all the service.

Mustafa is a true professional! From our phone conversation in the morning until my car was ready in the afternoon. I knew what my car needed but wanted some prices to make sure I had funds available. Mastafa was right on it, he gave me the prices plus It included the 20% off coupon. He even put a battery in my car keychain, which I really needed for security reasons.
I also appreciate the Uber ride to and from my home. Thank you to Northridge Toyota for also being on top of it! And for hiring great people like Mustafa

I had warranty on a tire and they did not even bother to check if I was qualified for a free warranty tire. 2 popped tires in less than a year and all they can do to help me was say I had bad luck not cool.
