Noel was courteous, I have no qualms about him. He answered my questions and Toyota rotated my tires, added air and inspected the car overall (my second of 5 services).
I said I would wait for it and was told it would take one and one half, to two hours to complete the service. This is what was such a disappointment to me: I arrived @ 1:00 and left @ 4:15… three hours & 15 minutes was a long time to wait.

Jeff was very nice and respectful about the situation. The only thing was I took my truck for a transfer case oil change and when I checked the transfer case hadn't even been touch. They change the front diffrential oil instead and I took it back and honestly I think they didn't even end up except cleaning around the areas where the oil come out of. Honestly never taking my truck to this dealer again I cant trust yall with my car and many others of my friends say the same.
