Mustafa was great, I felt like I am a VIP member of Toyota, you really very lucky to have him working for you… I’ve been told in the morning that I’m going to receive my car around 6 pm and I receive my car around 2 pm so the service was very fast and I can’t thank you enough for that. Even though I presented a valid 15% discount coupon issued by Costco, manfred only offered a 10% discount at the beginning and adding 5% talking as if they were doing me a big favor. He persuaded me to add unplanned services, promising to give further discounts during the final bill calculation. However, when I went to pick up the car, he refused to give even a dollar more discount, saying he couldn't because he already gave me extra 5% which is not true. It's just for Costco coupon I brought. Later, when I got home, I realized they hadn't filled the windshield fluid or any other fluids, so I had to drive all the way back to have them filled again. He still told me technician topped off every fluid.I want to have a service that makes me feel like I haven't been cheated, even if I have to pay more. He just filled up the fluid without even a word of apology, and just told me to take a car. I doubt if any of the services I paid for were really done properly.
