I set up 7:15AM appointment for a just check engine light issue. I waited inside for more than 2 hours waiting for any updates. Just got bored, approached the service advisor. Saw my car already parked outside. Issue- gasoline cap not properly closed. If I not approached the service advisor, I I might be still sitting there for another hour or more, who knows.Customer servicing is below par.
