If it weren"t for Noel Orozco I would never come back! Noel is the best service writer and customer service rep you have. The problem is your prices are 30% to 40% higher than any reasonable service center in LA. Get real people...we are just working families out here trying to get by!

It just took very long, it was just an oil change and rotating the tires. I left the car at 10am and got it back past 3 pm. I understand it would take that long without an appointment but 5 hours wait time. My understanding is that the appointment system is set to prevent this sort of delay.
