Peter Salas was caring and professional. The problem I have is the loud creaking noise that was not repaired when I slide my driver’s seat all the way back. I waited for the head technician to return from vacation so this problem could be fixed. Instead I was told that Toyota is calling this issue “normal.” I paid $55,000 for a 2024 4Runner and the creaky back seat can’t be repaired? Instead, I was told that the noise will go away if I don’t put the seat all the way back. Ridiculous!
