The service adviser was great. However the technician that worked on my car did not reset the needs service icon. The check tire pressure gage illuminated shortly after I left tge dealership, which leads me to believe that the tires were not inflated correctly.

First time servicing our car in Northridge toyota i already greet by employee and Mr. HOSSEIN G very friendly and they taking video to every car in service for visible damage which I'm impressed, I usually bring our cars to Hamer toyota service but I have 2021 tundra limited in service twice they damaged driver side paint which they don't want to fix ,we are a loyal hamer customer we purchased 5 cars to themnow i completely changed our dealer "NORTHRIDGE TOYOTA, Peter is very friendly and knowledgeable and honest service advisor i recommended him and Northridge toyota to my families and friends
