The actual work to the vehicle was excellent and completed in a timely manner. However no one seemed to care that my vehicle sat there for 10 days waiting for the insurance payment which apparently went by USPS instead of being paid electronically. Jeff refused to allow an email payment confirmation. I called almost every day to see if the payment arrived. After 10 days my insurance company finally recommended having Northridge Toyota contact their third party payment processor. After a very frustrating attempt to speak with someone to do this I was transferred to Tim's voicemail. He returned my call quickly and was able to contact the third party. The payment issue was resolved within the hour. This could have and should have been done the same day the car was ready for pick up had I known I could speak with a Sr. service manager like Tim. This was a very frustrating experience. My insurance carrier really was at fault here.
