Noel Orozco was great. I have no complaints about the service aspect of my visit. The idiots who keep trying to get me to sell or trade in my 4Runner are massive idiots and should be fired immediately. They are an insult to my intelligence. You might have more success if you have them entertain the waiting customers with a comedy routine.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Toyota Northridge. While the service itself was satisfactory, I found the prices for certain services like brake fluid, engine air filter, fuel injection service, decarb fuel induction service, oil deposit crankcase, and tires to be significantly higher than those at other local mechanics. It’s disappointing to see such a markup. Fair pricing goes a long way in building customer trust.
