Anthony is a terrific Service Advisor. When my Venza was towed in late, near closing time of the service department, he stayed late to ensure that my car was checked and assured me that it would be inspected in the morning. He call the next morning with good news that the technicians found only a minor problem and had already corrected it. The technicians also completed a multipoint inspection was reported all conditions minor and more serious that I should be aware of. This was extremely helpful because I bought the car only a few weeks ago and now have better insight of the maintenance that I need to do. Anthony and his team will be taking care of my car in the future.
