Peter Salas went WELL ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty. I appreciate having had him to assist me in understanding & detecting each facet of care that was necessary to get my car in an outstanding state of operation & performance.
He gave understandable descriptions of what repairs were needed, the estimated costs for the repairs, why they were needed, time requirements that might be required, seeing to it that I made it home where I could wait comfortably, then contacted me when my 2013 Toyota Rav4 was finished with its repairs, and sent transportation to return me to my faithful RAV4.
I love my car, She's been a faithful old friend, she's part of me, she's NOT just a car.
Having Mr. Salas as my guide, was truly a pleasure.
He is deserving (as we who have served our country might say): Please Promote & reward this man accordingly, as he is an asset to Northridge Toyota, and the Toyota Brand.

It is about Toyota. Why if I don't put the gas cap on correctly it doesn't clear the problem message when I put it on correctly and instead I have to take it to a dealer. Also my navigation that went out 2 two hours into my trip did not show on the diagnosis tool, and not sure Toyota was contacted tossed if others have had a similar problem
