Service was excellent. As a suggestion, what would take it to the next level is to wash the vehicles. I used to have a Honda and at Honda service they would wash the cars as a courtesy in order to return the vehicle to the customer in the best condition possible and I thought this was a great touch.

When I arrived at 10:00 for my 10:00 appt, I was told Noel was my service trep. After waiting 20 minutes, another rep came out to photo the car. When I went in to see Noel, there was no apology for his actions. My appt was scheduled for ordering and replacing a missing fob. Noel told me rhe fob was not in and later said it wouldn’t be available for another 7 days. Then he told me that the free 20k service didn’t cover alignment or air filters. In all the messages I received for this free service, it was never mentioned it didn’t cover recommended services.
