Manfred was good.. But something has to be done about the incompetent techs.. Came in because car wouldn't start. Was told battery was OK. Was charged 215$ service fee.Upon picking car up it Still didn't start properly, right on your lot. Had to leave car overnight, only to be told battery was bad.. On a 5 year old car that doesn't start of course there has to be a battery issue.. At first I was told there was no problem with the battery..Total B.S. There's a reason I took my car to a certified dealer.Not to be handed a line of B.S.

am very grateful for your maintenance of my car, but I have a question. When I received my car after maintenance, I found a lot of cigarette ash filling the front seats and the dashboard. It seems that someone had lit a cigarette in my car, as I do not smoke and the interior of my car was very clean. I hope that nothing had happened to the seats because they are made of leather. I have to check that. Thank you.
