I didn’t get recalled, lower bumper fixed or recommended filter change because I needed to have my car back before 2:30pm to pick children up from school. I arrived at 9:30am. It’s disappointing that there was no effort to try and accommodate my situation considering that I had a scheduled appointment.

i was told to come in for my extra key and dropped off the car. yes they did other services they offered after the fact but i had to go back the next day to drop off for a few hours because the key was in fact not ordered or ready. it took over two weeks me asking for my key and for this to happen was disappointing and inconvenient.
