I didn’t get resolution of my problem. Trevor told me upper management hadn’t decided about whether they’d replace my battery after my car dies twice. I felt it was a stall tactic and I had to leave without getting the battery replaced as it was 5:30pm and my dog had been alone since 7:45 in the morning.
