Took 25min to bring my car. And my car was ready and service representative wasn’t calling me to notify me.i was there 3hr. I had to go ask him if my car is ready. and he wasn’t friendly at all. he’s answer was oh it’s ready. I’ll never return for service or buy a ca from NT.
