I started going to Jeffrey when my long time Service Advisor, left to work with the Lexus (also part of the Toyota family). Very much like my former SA, Jeffrey has his client’s best interest.
I recently had body work done on my new 2024 Prius XLE and Jeffrey noticed my new bumper and one of the sensor cameras was not aligned. He told me to immediately contact the body shop and have it taken care of. This is just an example of how Jeffrey pays attention to detail!
Had Jeffrey not noticed this, there would have been a future issue with the sensor camera. I came in for a recall today and Jeffrey took care of my vehicle and made sure I was comfortable during the long wait time.

Jeff is the man. Helps me every time. The guy to the right of him helped me when Jeff was at lunch. That was cool. The music is too loud though. Besides that, the service team does a good job.
