My experience with Toyota of Santa Barbara has been unacceptable. Three thermostat replacements before a GM stepped in, ignored requests for an extended warranty, and misled me about a Certified Pre-Owned guarantee. Unresponsive staff, poor training, and zero accountability until I posted a bad review. This dealership cares more about profit than people—and my experience proves why they have a bad name.
