I loved working with Pablo V. as he is so gracious and helpful. He assisted me to figure out some icons on the Venza as well as helping navigate the screens. The only concern I had was I did not get to see him install the cabin filter himself - I was unaware that service reps could do that while the car was waiting to be picked up! On a scale of 1 to 10, my rating for the service is an 8. I consider an 8 to be very good. When I came to pick up the Landcruiser Forest commented the wiper blades could be replaced. I noticed afterwards that the service report showed I declined replacing the blades. I did not receive communication on the wiper blades. In the past, my service representative has alerted me so I could decide while the vehicle is still being serviced. Thanks for allowing this feedback and I hope it is helpful.
