Horrible customer service. I will never go to this dealership again. The manager of service was extremely rude to an employee in front of customers... not ok. How can I take a manager seriously after witnessing a public shaming of a young employee trying to be helpful? Employees don't want to be there and it shows. Difficult to get any service, employees are talking to each other and uninterested. I needed 4 new tires and was told that most likely my tire pressure light was on because it was cold.... After waiting over 2 1/2 hours, my car was not looked at so I left and took my car elsewhere to get full service and 4 new tires. Other customers waiting were complaining of the service and lack of care or concern at this dealership.

The service was great, but the last few times I wouldn’t receive any updates unless I called into the office. I usually drop off my vehicle, and one time I waited an hour or two longer than my original estimate, and when I called in to check the progress I was told that the car had been ready for some time. My visit today I waited three hours and called in, and it was only afterward that I received a notice of items I needed to confirm before continuing. If I hadn’t called in would I have been waiting longer? The maintenance was eventually finished an hour and a half later.
