I waited over 4 hours to have my Truck
have a routine service. I was never notified of the delay
Never have I waited so long!
After the service my truck smelled terrible!!
Like human sweat and food.
I am so disappointed that I will never return to Toyota
Of SB again for service.

They delivered my car to me just as I left it after I got home, I made quite a few calls and I was never able to contact them the next day, keep dialing and they told me they would call me and I am still waiting for the call. something quite unpleasant. They say they are busy as if only they work in this world.????????????????????.

Tod was great to work with, props to him. But being charged for $210 for a diagnostic, and given a quote more than double for the repairs what someone else quoted me at makes me less than satisfied. I only brought it here Tuesday night so my vehicle would be somewhere where it could get fixed if it didn’t start again, but with those prices should have heeded others advice and never gone to a dealership for repair. Will not be making that mistake again.
Again, Tod was great, and I’m sure you have rationale for your pricing. Not offended or upset, but I will not be returning.

I just checked my tires and they were not rotated! I put a slightly different cap on my right rear tire before the rotation. When I got my car back after the rotation, the tire was in the same place. I’m going to check my engine oil and the filters I had replaced. I hope for your sake, they’re brand new. You have lost my business and my respect. I expect a full refund and money on top! Terrible job.
