Everything was going great until sat in the lobby and could see the technician walk up and put my keys in the lockbox, signaling that my car was done, and then it took another 30 minutes approximately, give or take, before my vehicle was brought up. I almost went up when I saw the gentleman put my keys in the box but I had no way of really knowing that my car was done so I sat and waited, watching my car never move, and then finally having someone bring my car up. If it wasn’t for that it would have been an overall great experience.
