I called ahead to confirm that the shuttle would bring me home after drop off and when I asked about it five different men ignored me, muttered to each other about it and did not make eye contact with me. I called for a car without learning about the Uber deal and was assured by the service manager that anyone would help me, offer this to me. I went out again to see if I could catch anyone’s eye about this but ended up leaving without a single acknowledgement. The experience was humiliating.
