There for an oil change on may 7th waited hour and half that is way to long to sit there for that so I went to check and saw my car sitting there and no one came to get me

The only problem we had was we weren’t notified when our vehicle was ready after a scheduled oil change. We arrived @ 10:10am & at 11:30 we checked to see where our car was in the process only to discover it was in the parking lot ready to go. Not sure how much extra time we spent waiting!

I asked my rep numerous times if they needed my car at the dealership or just the tire that had the nail in it. She told me just the tire would be fine. I live 50 minutes away from the dealership and made arrangements for the tire to be dropped off. I was called hours later to be informed that the car actually needed to be there. Extremely frustrated at this point, i tell her that it would be easier for me to just go ahead and buy a tire from somewhere. She told me to go ahead and do that if that’s what I needed to do. After speaking to the manager, we were able to send pictures and get the tire taken care of. When I got the tire, it wasn’t even the same tire that I have on the car. Now I have a brand new car with three Michelin tires and one Yokohama. I have bought two cars from you all and I have had nothing but great things to say about my experience but this experience has ruined it all and I don’t believe I will be buying another vehicle from you all nor will I refer anyone!
