Kaeley was super. As soon as I got out of my car she greeted me with a smile and remembered my name. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and was very helpful with the decisions I needed to make on what else needed to be done with my car. I never felt like she was trying to “sell” me a service I didn’t need. That is very important to me.
I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

The service on the car was great. I have no complaints with the way car-related communications were handled. However, individuals who are not fully immunized must not be unmasked in customer cars. Was charged 145 for labor when I sat there and watched the guy take 20 mins max to install the part and then walk away for like 10 mins then come back and take car out cause was finished before he walked away in first place
