My services are never done the way they’re supposed to be done nobody is over on the same page I was told my car was ready went out to get in it and someone else told me it wasn’t ready I had to wait another 30 minutes so not satisfied with Nissan at all. I stopped coming to get my free oil changes over a year ago for the same issues thought I’d try it today and nothings changed.

I had just noticed my state inspection was out of date. Service dept could fit me into the days schedule . I had just gotten back from the Outer Banks and my car was covered with sea spray and pollen. I asked if they could run it through their car wash which they were glad to do.
