The two covers in the glove compartment for access to the filter along with all my contents were left on the floor and I had to have another advisor, Jordan, help put them back on. Jordan also verified that all the fluid caps were tight, oil level were good, and checked that the engine filter was good.
The invoice had no breakout cost for the 5000 mile service and was a bit confusing since the first line showed “5k synthetic service Toyota care (tire rotation only) oil service due at 10k”. Then the sentence was repeated a second time. It also showed the car in miles at 6418 and out at 6420, over a mile driven, or just another mistake.
Laura did not provide feedback on finding my original 4:30 pm appointment that showed Justin French as the advisor. She did correct my name on the invoice unfortunately my multipoint inspection has my name misspelled and no email that I asked her to check the system when I first checked in since all that information was included in the appointment for the added 2024 Camry (Hybrid SE) and from previous service done on a 2015 Camry Hybrid LE going back to 2017.
I wii take Jordan’s advice and use him as the service advisor for my 10k service appointment.
