Thank you for letting me in after 4 pm without appointment. Laura Sepulcher take care of my service request very well. She was very friendly and helpful I really appreciated that. Service group brought nut broken but when I told it’s new car and inside warranty so she made sure that it got replaced with no cost to me. Last I saw they didn’t reset my parking brake indicator so when I noticed and brought to her attention she immediately rushed for help from crew and solved. Thank you Laura for assisting here

I felt that my rep could have put more effort into at least offering me my second remote. Justin stated that it would take three to four hours and that, with my tire rotation, it could take longer to install the new system update and issue a second remote. He was professional but had no personality or relaxation to his approach when asked questions.

It was very strange. He kept suggesting repairs and replacements, but then rushed me to pay and leave when I told him I wanted to think about it. He would show me pages documenting what needed to be replaced, but not let me hold the pages or take pictures of it. I even told him not to bring me the key, because I was still considering exactly what I wanted to do. He brought it anyway. I got the feeling he wanted me out of there, and that was going to influence every answer he gave me if I asked him anything. So I left

we made an agreement on the phone that i would come in today at 7:30 and wait on the service. hw didnt tell me i had to prepay for the part. he told me the pricprice and i said definitely yes to do the work. today i found that the part wasnt there, nor qaa andy. hope assisted me and an appointment was made for tomorrow.
