Left the plastic in my car on the seat gear shift and steering wheel
Moved my seat in my car
Had to go find my car in the back after I paid for my oil change no one told me where it would be parked
When the service writer was sitting in my car another shop employee came up and leaned over the top of my driver door almost like he was hanging on it to talk to the service writer sitting in the driver seat
When you deal with peoples cars that do not belong to you, you should probably be a little more respectful towards their vehicles
I also saw the technician move my car and pull my door open and let it open with so much force it flew open and didn’t bother catching the door just let it stretch the hinge bolts

Although most of the service went well, the technician did not let me know that one the engine shields was missing its clips or bolts and that as result was hanging loose under the vehicle. He should have recommended that I bought the missing clips or bolts in order to remedy the issue, but he didn't.

Service was great as always, however, I paid for a tire that was covered by national auto care. Now, I must submit a claim for reimbursement because I was told my payment could not be cancelled. Never had a credit card transaction that could not be reversed. I told the service rep I had coverage, he said it was not in my records, but later saw where I have coverage. Now, I have to wait for reimbursement. Not very pleased with this. What if I didn't have the $262? Train service mgrs. to know where to look see full customer history, warranties, coverage, etc.

Only thing i would think about changing is paying over the phone. My bank account was hacked and I had no access to my money in the bank, so my husband had to wake up early to swing by the dealership on his way to work to pay for the vehicle. Service advisor was perfect though! He answered any and all questions and went out of his way to make me feel like me and my husband's car were in good hands!
