During my 30k service today, the tech working on my car over filled my oil and when pulling out of Toyota my car was blowing a lot of white smoke out of the exhaust causing the car to over heat. I took the car back and they found out the problem almost automatically. The techs fixed the problem and I was able to drive off but that is a very big issue that needs to be addressed and advised for the future.

People were great .. however took over 1 1/2 for a rotation and the checks. Thought that was a little long for what seemed like minor work. May I suggest when a reservation is made to include the estimated time for the work. Obviously this would be based on the work being done and the number of other customers

My husband and I had a miserable experience with the service department today (4/3/2024). When we first arrived we were immediately told we were gonna have to spend $80+ dollars for our service, after being promised on December 8th, 2023 (when we bought the car) that we should have free maintenance for a 1 year. The guy then tried to state that he was right, but after 3 TIMES!!!! And getting the lady from the finance department that helped us buy the car, they finally listened about the free maintenance. After getting the keys, and seeing my car I was immediately pissed off, I am not a typical “filthy” mom I have ocd and I like my car clean, but they ran my car through the car wash without even drying it! I had to immediately hand wash it when I got home because of all the spots on my chrome. Then my husband and I started to look and my license plate was bent and new scratches around the bumper and driver door were new too. My tires were also rotated today to and one of my tire valve caps were missing. I’m so upset with the service we had today especially, because buying the car was such a nice experience. I think the service department just needs a little help, because this was miserable. I will be calling tomorrow about our experience also. -Brittany M

I arrived to my 1:30pm appointment on time. I knew there was a recall on the car to get my second key, I specified to Laura that I was going to schedule an appointment to come back for the second key, I did this because I did not have enough time and only wanted an oil change. After 1 hour and 30 minute my car was already pulled to the front and ready but time passed and I was still not contacted by Laura to finish my process. I needed to pick up my nephews from school. I had to go to the front and ask for a time estimate since I only scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was on time for my appointment but I was getting close to 1hour and 30 minutes of waiting. l found out it was because Laura also put me down for the recall even after I told her I was going to schedule it myself. Another employee took care of me and had me sign a document stating I did not want to do the recall because I was short on time, something Laura never had me do. Laura never took accountability or apologized for the mishap herself, she instead just let another employee take care of her mistake and never even acknowledged me. I understand mistakes happen and that is completely fine, but it does not feel good not being acknowledged or taken seriously.
