This was easily the worst service experience i have ever had. Andrew needs training on people skills and vehicle recalls. Within 30 seconds of my visit i asked to speak to Mendes the Supervisor.
I WAS THERE FOR 4 HOURS AND ALL THAT WAS DONE WAS AN OIL CHANGE. YES 4 HOURS.. MR. MENDES WILL REMEMBER.
Have these service people check vin #'s to see if recalls even perrain to customers cars instead of just making them wait.
And teach them to pick up the handset on there phones after they mess up a service and a customer is yelling at them. Not on speaker phone where everyone can hear how bad Toyota is messing up.
Lastly, ask Andrew Carter to wear a name tag or ANYTHING with Toyota on it.. So when he walks up mocking you because of how your standing, you will at least know he works there.
I'm sorry, but it was very, very poor service. I will try my luck at a different Toyota service location after years of using yall.
