Tyler was great, the rest of my experience was terrible! I felt pressured, I'm thinking of going elsewhere for service. I get out of my car, next thing I'm told to follow someone else. Thought he was writing my ticket up, instead trying to sell me a new car, I was already a mess from being late to work. I didnt even have time to text my boss, next I'm meeting a manager i guess, and just said give me a minute. And started crying. They were not rude, but next time cant they just ask if im interested, and leave it at that!It was still sinking in on the amount for the battery. I would suggest, give an elder person the choice, and not pushing so fast.
