I went there to program 2 key fobs on my 2005 Corolla. After the man at the parts department looked at the VIN and made a phone call, he said it could be done and had me go to the service department. Anthony checked the VIN, made a phone call, and said it could also be done but I may need to use a different fob because the ones I had may not work. No problem. To the waiting room I went, where Anthony came to get me over an hour and a half later saying he good news and bad news. The good news... I didn't have to pay anything. The bad news, they found out there was no keyless remote option with this car and I wasted close to two hours of my time. If this "option" wasn't listed in the VIN check, why was there even an attempt? To try to get that $90 sale, like the sales vulture outside who barely gave me enough time to open my car door after I parked to tell me he was already interested in buying my car? Maybe that was already a sign I shouldn't have walked into your dealership because I spent time I'll never get back during one day off I had this week.
