I was in and out within one hour, which in my opinion is an excellent turn around time from my experience with other dealerships of various makes.

Tyler provided all around excellent service and support during the repair process. Checking was fast, and communication during the repair process makes a huge difference. Nothing worse than hours of silence, so Tyler reaching out periodically to provide status is really important to the customer.
The coffee machine also rocks. And his recommendation for a nearby breakfast joint (Mickey's) was a great way to spend a chunk of the repair time.
