Natoriea Lundy was excellent. She welcomed my mom and I with a smile and she was professional and attentive. My only concern was the wait. It was great how a young lady offered snacks and drinks. Beautiful touch. We just need to work on the turnaround time. I needed an inspection to ensure all was working well and tire rotations to which took two hours with me scheduling an appointment. I would not have mentioned but since this survey asked I am mentioning. Have a great day and congratulations on the new renovations.

I received a text to say my service was completed at 2:07, and John would be with me shortly. I finally went to his desk at 2:50 to see what was the hold up. And he was at his desk, looked on back shelf where other keys were. And said ooh yes, your vehicle is done. And appolized, for his confusion. But I did si for almost an hour.

I was lied to multiple times, I was given the run arounds about my vehicle. I specifically told Toyota what was wrong with my car and they still made me come out of pocket for a part that was unneeded. I was not reimbursed. They told me at pick up my car needed to be towed that it was not drivable so that was another thing that was going to be out of pocket and they were driving my car around as well as when they drove my car to the front (but it wasn’t drivable) again trying to get more money out of me. Service was terrible, frustrating and I won’t be doing services with Toyota anymore. Toyota had my car a whole week for them to actually work on it 1 day before I picked it up ( on a Thursday)
